Pledging
Pledging is an opportunity to learn about the history and operation of the Kappa Alpha 
Order and our local chapter.
The eight week pledge program begins each semester after Rush ends, and the formal pledge ceremony inducts prospective members into our chapter. During this time weekly pledge meeting provides instructions into the history and organization of Kappa Alpha Order as well as how the chapter operates on the campus and in the community.
Various activities enable the pledge to work with active members on chapter and community projects including intramurals, cleaning up our “adopted” Second Street, and maintaining the chapter house on Second Street.
