Alumni
With over 800 alumni of Gamma Psi Chapter of the Kappa Alpha Order since its chartering in 1963 spread across the United States and abroad, support of these Brothers are a vital part of the strength of the chapter and our Brotherhood.
From attending and hosting function for the chapter to group activities among themselves including a popular Gulf fishing trip each fall, these alumni exemplify the lifelong bonds membership in KA means.
The Northwest Louisiana Alumni Chapter is recognized by the National Office, and membership is open to all Gamma Psi Brothers and alumni of other chapters as well.
The alumni group participates in the annual Convivium celebrated by the active chapter each January and also hosts the Lawn Party each spring during Old South as well as other special projects that arise. This year the Brothers are assisting in Rush from identifying and contacting potential rushees from their communities. Also the alumni group is providing the food for Rush functions, printing, and some publicity costs.
